Jan Wolters was born in Zuidland (The Netherlands). Already in his younger years he was playing the mandolon-cello the the local
Mandolin-orchestra "Concordia". When he was 20 years old he started playing the Double Bass in the Mandoline Orchestra and
also as a freelancer for various orchestra's and choirs. |

He studied orchestra conducting with C.Noordzij and was conductor of "Concordia" from 1991 till 2006. He studied classical music at the Schumann Academy from 2006 to 2009. Over the past 25 years he arranged many works for mandoline orchestra and also created some orgininal compositions. During the past years he further developed himself as an allround arranger for wind and string music He started in 2006 with this sheet music site, which presents next to free sheet music also a large variation of sheet music for winds, strings, and mandolines, which is all for sale against competitive prices. The site has become very popular over the past years, with visiters from all over the world. |
